Swetaly aims to create connections between researchers from Swedish and Italian universities, to offer career development possibilities for early-career researchers, and to achieve measurable results of the collaboration.
The Swetaly mentoring programme provides individual researchers with the opportunity to either offer their experience and knowledge to a junior researcher or the chance to gain new knowledge and learnings from a senior researcher.
